Place the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

Securely seal the box and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
